- For use on wet well apertures, where the chamber is required to be sealed, such as over submersible pumps, telemetry and access chambers. Various accessories and fall protection options are available.
- Urban locations with history of frequent vandalism and/or minimum protection against risk from terrorist, extortionist.
Standard Product Features
- LPCB tested and certified to LPS 1175: Issue 8, Security Rating D10 (SR4). Certificate number 450aa, when fitted with approved padlock.
- Single leaf, side hinged, waterproof cover.
- Sealing strip to underside of cover for odour control.
- Single or twin shoot bolt locking system with flip-up shroud(s) for approved padlock.
- Torsion sprung lid for single person operation.
- Hand operated auto safety stay.
- Alarm brackets for standard proximity alarm.
- External lifting handle (left hand standard).
- Domed lid for water shedding.
- Protected internal anchoring points.
- All mild steel is hot dip galvanised after manufacture to BS EN ISO 1461.
