- Twin leaf, end hinged upstand cover.
- Integral 250 mm high kick plate frame design turned out to all 4 sides.
- SoloLift - Stainless steel torsion springs and/or gas assisted rams enabling single person operation compliant with Manual Handling Regulations.
- Designed to open and close in a set sequence, the first opening leaf is secured using shrouded padlocking lever arm locking on both sides.
- Hand operated auto safety stays.
- Range of safety and handling features to safeguard operatives.
- Woodchips/pellets are tipped onto safety grids beneath cover which must be in the closed position whilst tipping is in progress.
- Hinged safety grids allow woodchips/pellets to fall freely through while providing fall protection for operatives during loading.
- Grids are a split hinged design having torsion spring lifting mechanisms and are secured closed by lever-arm with padlocking facilities.
- Domed lids for water shedding.
- Built into the underside of each lid are deflector plates to guide woodchips/pellets into the chamber away from hinges and springs.
- Naturally ventilated to help maintain required dry aerated conditions for enclosed wood-chip or wood-pellet storage.
- Protected internal anchoring points for effective security.
- All mild steel is hot dip galvanised after manufacture to BS EN ISO 1461.
