• Single leaf, flush fitting, hinged, solid-top hydraulic access cover.
• Moated channel frame design with external water drainage/discharge.
• SoloLift - Single person operation compliant with Manual Handling Regulations.
• Range of safety and handling features to safeguard operatives.
• Woodchips/pellets are tipped onto safety grids beneath cover which must be in the closed position whilst tipping is in progress.
• Hinged safety grids allow woodchips/pellets to fall freely through while providing fall protection for operatives during loading.
• Grids are a split hinged design having torsion spring lifting mechanisms and are secured closed by lever-arm with padlocking facilities.
• Grids open to left and right of the open cover to allow entry from the front edge
• Built into the underside of each lid are deflector plates to guide woodchips/ pellets into the chamber away from hinges and springs.
• All mild steel is hot dip galvanised after manufacture to BS EN ISO 1461.

Please note: A minimum rebate of 150 mm deep × 300 mm wide is required on all four sides of the bunker chamber.
