Continuing Our Commitment to Supporting Junior Rugby at Newtown Rugby Football Club

Technocover are very happy, pre-season, to be providing three tournament pop-up gazebo’s that will help increase the popularity of the rugby festivals that the club runs with alternate teams, meaning on any weekend the club expects 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s 16s or 9s, 11s, 13s and 15s to be playing. By providing these new gazebo’s we are continuing to help the club with the promotion of the game at grass roots to the next generations of boys and girls, helping them understand the importance of sport and the power of community values.

We also look forward to news relating to the appointment of the new replacement Rugby Hub Officer, who is to be co-funded by the WRU, local schools and the Rugby Club – this is a key project for the club as it provides a full-time junior rugby development coach to Newtown which will be hugely beneficial to children in the area.
