We recognise that successful health, safety, quality and environmental management is fundamental to our business and are committed to fulfilling our compliance obligations, both legal and regulatory, together with associated codes of practice. This is supported by a process of continual improvement designed to promote customer confidence, deliver value for money and sustain a successful business.

Our commitment to quality, health & safety and the environment is delivered by adopting an integrated approach to management systems. This provides a framework platform for the compliance to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 certification.

Technocover Limited strive in eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks providing a healthy and safe workplace for all our employees and contractors, to prevent pollution and minimise environmental impacts from our activities and to provide quality products and services to exceed the expectations of all our customers.

We will achieve this by:

  • Commitment to Identifying potential risks in all our undertakings and introducing systems and controls to negate or minimise these risks. This includes emergency planning for significant aspects, business continuity and air, water and land pollution.
  • Commitment to Investigating all accidents, near misses, non-conformances and incidents to enable the development and application of preventative actions, to prevent all accidents, incidents, causes of ill health and poor-quality service.
  • Recognising that our people are our prime asset and focus resource on training. We will also encourage employee responsibility and involvement through consultation and positive intervention.
  • Measuring our performance against KPI’s, objectives and goals. Evaluating feedback from our clients and constantly seeking opportunities for improvement in all areas.
  • Developing a partnership approach with our clients, suppliers and contractors and ensure cultural SHEQ principles and objectives are shared and best practise promoted.
  • Regular internal and third-party audits of our IMS systems to assure compliance.
  • Committing to protect the environment by implementing initiatives to reduce waste and energy consumption across all our undertakings.

We will ensure all personnel and interested parties understand their role and responsibilities in meeting these policy objectives by clear communication of this IMS Policy at induction and across our premises. We will also make this policy available to interested parties via our website.

This policy will be reviewed annually at strategic management review or when core business changes take place. This document will be recorded and controlled within our IMS.
