The aim of the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) is to promote excellence and innovation in the built environment through the provision of assurance that products, systems, processes, services and personnel meet specified standards. Many of our products have achieved this independent third-party certification.
LPCB is widely acknowledged to be a leading international certification and approvals body in fire protection and security, with experience dating back 130 years through its predecessor, the Fire Offices' Committee (FOC). LPCB approvals are recognised by governments and regulatory authorities around the world. These approvals integrate product testing with international quality management certification to ISO 9002, the quality systems standard
Selecting LPCB-approved products and services gives specifiers around the world the assurance that they will meet the design and performance requirements specified in national and international standards. It also assists them in meeting various fire and building regulations, codes of practice and professional duties of care.
The LPCB Approved range of Cylinder Clamps, Access Covers, Doors and Modular Secure Enclosures/Building Systems have a number of features which make them the best security standard to adopt. There are a number of optional extras available which do not affect the security rating.

• All products in this range have been LPCB tested and certified to LPS 1175: Issue 6, Security Rating 2,3 or 4 with various certificate numbers
• All products are made to suit individual customer requirements

ULTRASECURE LPCB APPROVED SINGLE LEAF DV DOOR

PRODUCT USES
Secure access door designed for a variety of security needs i.e. relay rooms, pumping stations and various unmanned buildings etc., tested and certified by the LPCB. Available with a secondary inner sealing door for added security or for situations such as anti-contamination.
STANDARD PRODUCT FEATURES
· Door has an LPCB tested and certified to LPS 1175: Issue 4, Security Rating 4, Certificate No. 450a/03 with approved padlocks
· Solid chequer plate front outward opening with 1 piece folded deep flange – for security
· Totally hidden hinges
· 3 point stainless steel shoot bolt locking with shrouded hasp and staple locking to suit LPCB approved padlock
· Auto Safety Stay to maintain 90° opening
· Deep frame, multi point fixing universal frame to suit large variety of wall constructions
· All doors are hot dip galvanised after manufacture to BS EN ISO 1461
· External paint finishes are available for aesthetic appearance if required

ULTRASECURE SINGLE LEAF UPSTAND HINGED, SEALED ACCESS COVER - LPCB APPROVED
PRODUCT USES
Single leaf cover designed for secure covering of access points over potable water or increased security to prevent 'entry to' or 'contamination of' highly sensitive access and ventilation points
STANDARD PRODUCT FEATURES
· Tested and certified by LPCB to LPS 1175: Issue 5 Security Rating 4 Certificate Numbers. 450a/01.
· Original double skin, dry moated cover system
· Inner cover sealed with lever down locking to ensure positive seal
· Large insect proof ventilation strips to side of inner cover
· 2 point shoot bolt security system with flip up shroud for approved padlock locking system
· Both inner and outer covers are torsion sprung with stainless steel springs opening to 95° complete with auto safety stay
· Complies with H.S.E Manual Handling - SoloLift
